If you do not have anyone to hold bottom bracket for you while you mark for drilling,,, you might try some good quality two face tape ???

Good idea!

What you are mounting to looks half round! Mine is an A&E and it has a double hump if you know what I mean!

Are you referring to some shape like in post #284? See link...
http://www.forestriverforums.com/for...tml#post959265

The mounting is very versatile.

Awning hold down poles.

Just a quick 5 minute polish [emoji6]

No buffing wheel or rouge, I didn't even spend half the day.

Quick 500 grit sand, a little mothers polish on a rag and a little wiping.
Piece of cake.

Turbs rolls with gold plated emt poles! Lol.

Joking aside, I believe they're just polished aluminum.

If you use 6063 Aluminum you don't have to powder coat or buff. It's anodized

Anodizing is a separate operation and not a property of 6063 alloy.

Anodizing is an electrochemical process that converts the metal surface into a decorative, durable, corrosion-resistant, anodic oxide finish. Aluminum is ideally suited to anodizing, although other nonferrous metals, such as magnesium and titanium, also can be anodized

True! Mine was already anodized and clearcoated when I selected the material
