Your either drilling new holes in the poles or moving your brackets 2 " down

Awning hold down poles.

In the future kit buyers should not mount lowers till they also have poles.

If TURBS already drilled the stow holes, by all means, use them. It really doesn't matter where the stow brackets are mounted. When I make the alum poles, I don't drill the stow holes in the poles.
