OC, I received the awning hold down brackets I ordered from you. Beautiful work on your part, along with the excellent work the service getting them here was great. You mailed them on Monday and I got them here in Texas on Wednesday. Now I need to get busy priming and painting them to match our awning and get them installed. Don't have the polls yet but I'll stop by Home Depot and get them when I get the paint. Thanks again for a super product.

Well, got the inner & outer pole material to replace the missing pole assembly lost by UPS. Super costly by single pcs. Got the pole assembly made, more hardware packed and ready for UPS one last time. Upper & lower brackets already sent. Hopefully this will be the end of this nightmare. Still waiting for UPS to pay the claims on 2 such incidents. We'll see just how good their insurance is.

Now to sell the remaining 9 Attachment kits.

Yep, mine came today, also! Only mine had to go to the Mason-Dixon line!
Unfortunately, I don't get the camper out of storage until the 12th!
Gives me plenty of time to get my poles and get ready for the install.
Thank you, OC. I really appreciate the fine workmanship!

Kit came yesterday! Very impressed with the workmanship. Nice quality. Paid on Sunday and they were here by Tuesday. Great job.
Can't wait to get them painted and ready to go for when we get the RV out of storage.

Thanks OC!

Yeah baby!!!! Just got my bracket kit. Awesome job OC. Only question I have is that I thought you manufactured them in Concord at D&D. Mine have "Made in China" stamped on the side of the big bracket.................JUST KIDDIN!!!!! That is a neat touch to stamp D&D in them. Thanks for making these and getting them out so fast. Gotta go to Lowes this afternoon and spend some more money.

Glad you like them, the bead blasted finish should take paint pretty well.

Thanks, I think the lower brackets are stamped also. Gotta keep spending to get the economy going.

Thanks for being diligent in making me the lost pole. I got the tracking email earlier today. U used UPS again. I hope you put a fragile sticker on it! Lol

I'll let you know once I receive it. Should be here on 4/7.

Thanks again!

Sorry you had to endure all the bs from UPS. I hope the replacement pole assembly ends this nightmare for both of us. Only used UPS and the container the replacement tubing was shipped in. Cross wired the endcap and hopefully taped it securely. Should know in a couple of days whether it was successful. All's well that ends well.
