Have you considered making and selling covers for the skylight like the one you installed. I think about that every time I brush the trees in our community.

OC designed and a cover for his skylight made of pierced metal sheet. It allows light in but protects the skylight from low limbs. As I recall he secured it using roofing repair tape.
I don't know if he made the holes in the metal sheet or he purchased it that way and then bend to fit.

It is so close to our actual world today and to think it was written in 1957. Nothing fictional about it. Scary is more descriptive.

Thanks, but no thanks, the flat layout is in the library for anyone to make. Just buy a sheet of the perforated alum screen from Lowes/HD and a pr of scissors and some pop rivets.

Sure do, even after 15 months and over 6,000 miles and no screws holding it down.
