OC got to give points for bumping the post. Or does Turbs need poles for the awning on Ms Amy's toy hauler?

Are the kits you have left in pairs meaning I need to buy one set or two sets if I have two poles?

Ok, clarification: KITS DO NOT CONTAIN POLES, Kits are FOR user furnished poles.

1 kit for 2 poles (user furnished) for 1 awning (also user furnished), 2 kits for 4 poles (user furnished) for 2 awnings (also user furnished).

OK now Youroo?

OC, Just had my Wildcat for repairs and the service tech saw the OC Awning Poles system. He asked where he could get few to sell to their customers. He thought he could sell dozens of them if they come complete with poles. Will you ever make poles again to ship?

I doubt it very much, I only make 10 to 20 sets a year and those are only for those folks here on the forum. The attaching kits are small enough to ship USPS Priority Mail, so no problem with the shipping, but those are sold only to FRF members also. Besides all that, I'll be 75 in Jul and have had a fairly active career before retiring in 06 and really am not wanting to go into any business other than helping a few folks when I can due to the fact that I am lazier than 2 people should be (just ask TOWTA).

It's such a hot deal, could you sell you prints to a young fella or work a percentage thing..... of course, the 'fella' would have to be an honest type as i'd be hard to verify sales.

The mods and admin folks here on the FRF have been kind enough to allow me to sell to FRF members and I would not want to violate their trust by selling to others outside the forum. Neither of our sons are in a position to take over, as I am in Concord, NC, youngest is in Lonoke, AR and oldest is in Anchorage, AK. I don't know anyone on the forum that lives close that would even want to assume taking over and has the necessary equipment.

I was thinking about your step-son that lives up north in cob land....I'd figured your boys had other concomitants....Access to flame cutter, alum. stock, bead blaster, mill (?) , drill press, tooling, fixtures and jigs, indexing head (?), coffee pot, bolt store to buy bulk, and nothing else to do....Isn't being in business fun! Lots of money in the pocket....so they told me, make your own hours...never go anywhere...great life!

OC, I guess I knew that is what you would say. Some people would give up their first born for some of your creative ideas. But your ideas are like the Eveready Bunny, they keep on going and going and going. What a guy!

If I had more space and time left, I'd do it in a heartbeat......not to be a suck-..s, but of all the mods, this one is the ONE.......now, if a guy only had a forge, or a herd of pigs, the ground stakes could also be included. (Pigs for the spiral stakes....tails). You'd be surprised at the Boeing surplus outlet in Seattle area as to what's available....by the pound! OC, at some point in time, must be related to Henry Ford......it's things like this that make our age group what it is (was?)
