What is it you are trying to shoot? If it's just the EMT conduit I can't imagine you would need anything heavier than a grey.

Sorry, don't make poles at this time. You need to contact TURBS. I do have brackets that you can pick up any time that is convenient to you. Today, if you want.

So, Neil, are you missing drilling all those holes that Turbs has to do now?

Not a bit, when I make poles, I have 2 drill presses set up for the holes and chamfering, same as for the brackets. 468 holes on 26 sets of brackets and 936 holes to chamfer. Keeps the drill presses going for several hours.

For the poles, it keeps them running for a couple of LOOOONNNNGGG days.

Picked up the blanks from Butler to make 26 more kits. Guess I'll be drilling, sanding, chamfering, bead blasting and forming the rest of the week to keep TURBS company.

Got the lower brackets de-slagged, de-burred, holes drilled, both sides chamfered, stamped and now starting the forming operation. After forming, 2 minutes each to bead blast and then start on the upper brackets.

Finished the 52 lower brackets. Now to get the gumption to start the upper brackets, much more work.

Can you give us a few pics of your upper bracket forming rig/process, too? The lower bracket pics are very interesting.
