For Sale: bed chesterfield

Hi we have a 3 seater bed chesterfield ( 68 inch wide X 36 inch deep and 36 inch high)- never slept on - and our unit is a 2010 so it's not old and smoke-free -- what are we up to? We have decided we don't want overnight guests and because of my spinal issues, I would prefer a nice chair to sit in.

I am attaching a picture of this chesterfield (it's ultra leather).

I am also attaching a picture of the Euro Chair we have.... this is what I'd like to match
