We are asking 25,000k / direct sale... no realtor. This price is below reasonable. Very simple to do.
The POA is $600 quarterly/ 200 per month. Covers lawn work, daily trash etc
You pay your own electrical.
We spent last season several hundred dollars, adding grasses, added gravel aroun patio and landscape lights...one shines up a beautiful tree!

We owned 2012 378XL class A GeorgeTown ... 3 slides.

I looked. Very pretty and desirable. Question: Is this development for Motorhomes ONLY? Didn't see any 5th Wheels or Travel Trailers.

hbillsmith. The Ozarks website says travel trailer/5th wheels must be 26' or longer.

We do not have a permanent site where we go as it is 60,000 to 80,000 just for the site but the kicker is you do not own the land, just the right to use it and $6500 a year fee, plus electric................... But it is near Myrtle Beach.......... and all 2500 sites are "owned " just have to wait for one to come open.......

I don’t really know. Never looked at any other areas. This is where we wanted to be.

Yes thru the POA...ftheybreceive half plus a daily electric rate.
Generally rents for $60 - $70 per night.

You can let your family use your site.

I guarantee you will not find a better location and price
