This is the carrier we have been using for our PCX 150.
It has traveled on the back of our RV for over 20 k miles.
Easy on easy off. Zero problems.
The scooter doesn't move an inch.
I use 4 hold down straps with 4 loop straps, 2 on the handle bars, 2 on the back with the hold down straps connected to those.
We bought it off Amazon for $150.

I have a hitch carrier, fold up that can be used behind truck or RV with installed hitch. Used it to haul Kawasaki 125 Eliminator without a problem. Selling the little cruiser so don't need the carrier either. I'm in Colorado, if that's something you'd be interested in , PM me.
