[NEED MET] - Antenna for RV
Does anyone have an antenna for sale? The one on the top of an RV that you crank up and down. We kinda lost ours yesterday. We live in Central Pa.

I have one you can have for free. Just pay postage. It will break down almost completely flat for boxing.

RV antenna
My hubby doesn't want another like we had. He wants the newer one that you don't have to put up and down. Who has one of these, and how do they work?
Thanks.

I have the King that doesn't go up down...I am not overly impressed. I bought a King signal meter and haven't used it enough to judge, but initially I am not impressed with the performance. I think the crank-up with the King attachment was better that was on the old unit). I think the last 3-4 times we camped was at the same spot/CG and that may be it(eventhough I played with it the drive). Time will tell.

I haven't used one also but reports I have read on the stationary antennas is not good unless you are within 35 mile of the station you want to watch. You could just buy the tailgater sat system and not use an antenna at all, that is what I do.

We bought a King directional antenna with a booster. Its a little better than the one in the picture. That's a factory unit off of our 2017 trailer. Taken off 3 months after we purchased the camper.

This is what we have:
Not impressed. It's stationary, and works well in the heart of KC, but get out of the metro area and you'll be lucky to get static. I cannot recommend it.

We have this.
Not impressed.
With my fiver, and the crank up antenna, I got 3 channels in my driveway.
With this on my MH. I get none.

I have the unidirectional on my 2018...and I'm not all that impressed with it. Stations that we normally picked up in certain camp grounds with our directional one, we have trouble getting them now.
