ProPride 3P Hitch

I purchased a ProPride 3P hitch in December of 2012, the hitch has the 1,400 lb. bars. If youíre reading this ad I suspect that youíre already familiar with all the great reviews of the hitch and Sean Woodruff. I will tell you that they are 100% accurate. Itís a great hitch and works exactly as advertised. No sway and the ease of hooking and unhooking the trailer makes for great towing. We just purchased a fifth wheel and no longer have a need for the hitch.

Iím located in North Alabama. Price is $1,500.

Thanks for getting back with me. What Trailer did you have it on? I am looking at a used Hensley but have discovered to get it to fit my trailer I will have to buy some new parts. So I'm curious if your propride would fit my trailer with no mods.

Thanks,

Mike

Mike, I towed an Arctic Fox 29L. It's about an 8,000 lb trailer with about 1,000 lb tongue weight. I recall looking at the Hensley hitch before I purchased the ProPride and seem to recall there was an issue regarding the matchup between the tow vehicle height and the trailer ball height. If I remember correctly the Hensley was specific to each tow vehicle. The ProPrided is fully adjustable at the hitch. This was one of the factors that led me to purchase the ProPride.

Did you need the safety chain and electric hook up extensions?

Did you install it yourself? If so how difficult was it?
