Smart Car TOAD

I am in the marked for a Smart car to use as a tow-behind for our Georgetown XL. I would prefer the vehicle came with the tow-bar and all other necessary components. I am located in Southern California and am open to a fly-drive for the right vehicle in a nearby state. The vehicle year is flexible with a preference for a 2012 or newer. Would be a cash deal.

Do you have this vehicle connected as a TOAD? What did you use? Is it an automatic or stick?

Smarts basically have a manual transmission and utilize components to automatically shift the transmission for the driver. The system works well but does take some getting used too. I am using a Blue Ox Aventa XL tow-bar and base plates. Even though the Smart only weighs 1,800 lbs. I plan to add an auxiliary braking system within the next couple of weeks.
