When I measured, I measured the space from wall to wall. There is about 1" on each side of the sofa from the wall. I'm sorry, if you are interested, I can go out tomorrow & take exact measurements. Where are you located?

It looks to me like you have a 27RLWS TT, and we are thinking about a couple of recliners in the same area as the couch. Is that what you are doing; if so what type of recliner are you going to use.

Yes, 27rlws, we would like to sell the sofa b4 purchasing the recliners. However, we have looked online at wall huggers. Walmart has nice ones, & around $200.00. For what little they will be used, we can't see spending a fortune on then. Most wall huggers are 34.75", so it would be a tight fit. Need room to touch the recliner pull. Could kick ourselves for not asking for the swap of recliners b4 we purchased. Many have, & got the switch. Oh well, lesson learned. Now to sell the sofa.

I have been wanting to upgrade to something like this. We currently have a jack knife sofa and it is not big enough if we take grandkids. I will measure our camper again to make sure. I am about 30 miles north of Memphis Tn. If it's not to much trouble I would appreciate a few more measurements. Thanks.

Just purchased a Loveseat Recliner. Pd. $649.00. It is 70'' wide, but it fits in the 70 1/2" space because the sides of the loveseat are less than 70", it's the padded arm cushions that extend to make it 70". We can still reach down the side & get to the built in reclining lever. We shopped forever looking for 2 recliners to fit into that space, than thought of a loveseat recliner. We love it. Wish we had more area to have purchased the console with cupholders in middle.

We just purchased Loveseat Recliners. If interested, google Ash 5670186 Loveseat/Reclining. It is made by Ashley. We pd. $649, it is 70" wide & only needs to be 3-4" from wall. It completely fits on the slideout.

For anybody else's information we replaced our air bed with 2 Lazy-Boy recliners that are 32 wide. We have a Salem 29FKSSwith table and chairs.We had plenty of space and they look great. We just move them out to the edge of the slide carpet and they fully recline.
