We reviewed the Extended Warranty over the weekend. It is transferrable and still has some time left on it. The warranty was purchased in March 2010 and has a 5 year term with a $100 deductible.

So we've had some couples look at the trailer with some interest but no offers yet. A couple of questions have come up that might be good to note:

1. Does the trailer come with cords and hoses?

Yes, the potable hose(s) and 30 AMP electrical cord are included with the trailer. We've also left some of the other items such as a pressure regulator and chemicals for holding tank in the trailer (even a couple of rolls of TP) along with many other extras. Essentially, you can hook it up and go camping!

2. Does it include a by-pass kit for the heater?

Yes, the heater can by passed for winterization. Also a three way valve was added to the pump to add antifreeze right at the inlet of the pump into the line and system. This makes the winterization process much easier to accomplish.
