[SOLD] 2011 Rockwood Signature Ultralight 5th Wheel 8285WS
Two slides
Sleeps 6
Electric awning -- just press a button and the awning goes in or out
Electric front landing gear -- just press a button and trailer lowers or raises
Electric rear stabilizing jacks -- just press a button and the rear legs come down
Outdoor propane grill -- grill mounts on the side of the 5th wheel and connects to the main propane supply. Has a side table that mounts next to it
32" flat screen TV inside
Electric or propane water heater
Outdoor shower
Cable/satellite hookup
Black water flush
Has two grey holding tanks
Heated holding tanks
Enclosed and heated underbelly -- Four seasons capable
Rubber torsion axles
Radio/TV/DVD/CD player has 3 sets of speakers. One set is in the bedroom. Second set in the living room is surround sound. The third set is outdoor speakers.
Also has a built in NOAA weather radio receiver
Large outside storage bays
Pair of leather recliners
Ceiling fan in living room
All cherry wood cabinetry
Couch with pull out air mattress
Table makes into a bed
Good storage throughout with pantry
A/C is ducted throughout trailer and is controlled by a thermostat
Angled shower -- no tiny tub that you have to stand sideways in
Porcelain toilet
Bed lifts up and has storage underneath
Flip up TV stand in bedroom
Wardrobe slide in bedroom has a good sized closet
Three roof vents. The vent in the bathroom is electric raise/lower and has a fan.

ISSUES:
Refrigerator does not cool
Water pump needs to be replaced (water works fine when connected to a hose)
Stairs -- missing a bolt

Maybe I missed it in the information...What is the length of the RV? Was the truck for sale too? How much is the truck?
