Patriot 25MB in great condition (we purchased new in 2013 so only been used for 3 years even though it's listed as a 2012). Unique floor plan with a queen size Murphy bed (fold down/into wall) which gives you more space during the day, and plenty of sleeping space at night. Get the room of a larger camper in a smaller size which makes it easier and more manageable to tow.
This is in tip top shape (we mopped it and wiped down walls/cabinets every time we left) and I towed with my Tahoe (any 1/2 ton pickup will tow such as a F150). It's been at a permanent spot so less wear and tear. I will give a full training on it if the new buyer hasn't owned a camper before and since I have full hookups I can walk through everything to show its fully operational.
