Bought new and stored for the first year. This camper was gently used by an older, experienced, couple and much loved. Digital flat swing arm screen TV, surround sound stereo with CD/DVD player, sofa slide out with movable table. Couch always covered, we bought memory foam crease triangle for when the couch makes into a bed to make it more comfortable for my mom’s trip. She slept on it twice and said it was very comfortable. The bbq grill was much used and attaches to side of trailer with small removable table. The heated queen bed was covered when new with zippered cover. Large double wardrobes, large nightstands with plugs for electric blanket. Microwave, 3 burner stove and oven. Microwave was replaced when new (receipt available). Rear Bath w/shower, Thetford toilet, large medicine cabinet, refrigerator/freezer, double kitchen sinks. The air conditioner has 2 fan controls and 2 A/C controls. The heater has a thermostat control on wall. There are overhead cabinets throughout. Large pantry, coat closet and stabilizer jacks. Pass through is huge with room for chairs, as well as all hookup gear. Great trailer and great floor plan. Like new. Includes equalizer hitch, sway bar, everything we had to buy new, nice mods. Includes carbon monoxide detector, water purifier and roof vent. Unit has 110 DSI Gas Electric Six Gallon Quick Recovery Water Heater, TV antenna with cable and satellite hookup.
