[SOLD] - 2013 Georgetown 351ds Motorhome Bunks with TVs!
2013 Georgetown XL 351ds Class A Motorhome - 2 slides, 4 TVs, 2 bunks with TV/DVD Players - kids love it! Cheap gas makes this a fun toy!
Mileage 18,500. Well maintained, looks new. It has full body paint - no fiberglass or stickers to fade and crack - will look as good 10 years from now as it does today. Has been stored covered in Spring Hill since purchased except when in use, and kept clean and waxed.
My family and dogs have loved this RV. The kids are getting to the age we aren't using it much anymore, and we need more cars so this has to go.
It has been meticulously maintained, just recently had a full service at Midway Ford Trucks in Olathe. It is a Ford V10 gas engine, not a diesel. It runs great but is much cheaper to run and maintain. Had oil changes at 3,000; 5,000, 10,000 miles plus full service at 15,000 miles. Had a full alignment after purchase. It is based on a Ford F550, just a normal but large truck. It gets about 8 mpg.
We looked high and low and this is the best family floorplan we could find - Queen size bed in the back bedroom, 2 bunks with TV/DVD Players and power outlets to charge phones/tablets/etc, plus another bunk up front. Can sleep 5 people with nothing in your way. Have more? It has a pull out sofa sleeper (real mattress, not an air mattress like some have that pops) plus you can sleep on the dining table area if needed (we never did). It has a full residential stainless steel fridge with ice and water in the door (it's nicer than the fridge in our house). Gas cooktop and oven, plus microwave. It's easy to drive, and much easier than a truck & trailer. It has a backup camera as well as left and right side cameras.
It's better than new - all RVs need extras when new that take time and money - I've done all of that - some of the things I've done - added roller shades all around to black out when you're parked in an area by streetlights, added 2 more speakers in the cab for the driver, integrated surge protector that protects both generator and shore power, full tow bar setup if you want to pull a car with you, tire pressure monitoring system with 4 extra sensors for your towed car, lots of other fixes and doo-dads. It is ready to go. Will include the things you need like a good sewer pipe, water hoses, electrical adapters, and if you're a newbie, happy to show you how it all works.
It's got auto levelers - No sweating and fussing with jacks and levels. You just pull up to the site, hit the leveler button, put out the slides, plug in power and you are good.
NADA Blue Book shows $104,477 - $125,859, it is priced to sell at $74,000. The full body paint alone was a $12,500 option, and they don't do that on many RVs at this price point.
It has 5 years left on a top of the line 7 year, $0 deductible extended warranty and a separate 5 year (3 years left) tire warranty that are both transferable. The warranty also covers the drive train to 105,000 miles.
