Only one year old, seldom used, in excellent condition. I'm replacing this with the hard wired version. Free shipping. Note: This model is for 30 amp RVs. $165

No, it's a EMS-PT30C. You can see them on Amazon and Ebay. I think the one you refer to is the same thing but recently redesigned.

Where do you live? Also, why are you going to a hard wired unit?
Thanks. I may be interested

I live in southern Oregon. I was never comfortable leaving this out at the pedestal in case of theft, so I would just plug it in to check for problems, then if all was well I would lock it up inside. I finally took 1/2 my Forester MBS MH apart and found where I could place a hard wired one.

Looking at the EMS systems as well. I believe the difference in the one ending in "x" has a weather shield cover, the "c" doesn't have the weather shield. It is an older model. I have the EMS PT30C I am planing to sell as well, need to go to a 50 amp as we recently upgraded to a bigger unit to get second ac. Was not sure how to price it, was thinking about posting to see if there would be interest in it at the Helen rally, could save shipping.

I have one of those non wired Progressive Industries EMS and like Bob5560g I was not about to leave it outside without securing it. Using 5/16 steel aircraft cable and some swages, I attached the cable to the EMS box and made some loops in the cable so that it can be locked to the pedestal electrical box. Now if someone wants to steal it, they best be prepared to sweat some, the cable is not easily cut.

Can bring the EMS PT30C to Helen rally to save shipping. Have the 6 foot locking cable, checking on keys before I post. I believe cable is 3/16, will check, bought with unit. If not Helen, then maybe another rally. Really do not want to fool with shipping unless necessary!

This is what's known as hijacking someone's thread.
