There are different capture plates depending on your pinbox model. I have one for a Sierra , don't remember pinbox model number, cheep if needed. Very good price for the hitch. Sure like my superglide.

Yes, capture plate and I do have the mounting hardware....I'm about a 2.5hr drive SW of Tybee
