You would do better with a jack stabilizer system like JT Strongarm. They attach from the base of the jacks up to the frame. Once you are level, you tighten the bolts and enjoy a rock solid camper. I believe he is talking about bouncing not rocking .... kicker correct me if I am wrong.
Stabilizer systems will prevent rocking back and forth and side to side but not up and down .
Bouncing is from tire flex and or leaf spring and or torsion give which can only be prevented by jacking up unit and placing jack stands under frame rails.
