Want to trade IPod dock for XM?

Anyone interested in swapping the Concertone XM wall docking plate for the IPod one? I have the XM one now and want to add the IPod and figured instead of spending $59 we could swap for shipping costs. Let me know.

Your ad on Forest River Forums

Hi! I saw your post, I know it's on the old side, but was wondering if you ever found a trade. I have a 2009 Flagstaff with the XM receiver. I have an Ipod phone.
Let me know...

Seems like you both want the iPod one.

Interesting idea.... we will absolutely never use the XM dock. Anyone have a model number or description of a suitable Ipod docking station that will work with minimal changes to the wall where the XM dock is located. Direct swap would be ideal.

I queried Concertone on this subject. Here is their response.

"We are currently developing a wall plate which will accommodate the
current iPod systems, which should be available shortly (no exact dates
yet). Please check back with us or visit our web site for developments:
CONCERTONE "

Cool

The Concertone engineer team of 1 is in bad shape today.

They found out that Sony has stopped producing the Walkman.

Wait when they find out about flat panel TVs....

Thats a good one Denis! ;-)

We have actually have all the prototypes tested and confirmed, with Apple certification in process as we speak. Once certification is approved we can go into production and deliver wall plates covering ALL iPods & iPhones.

Will get availability updates once I know production underway...
