Thank you FROG Bob.

I'm sure this will go in the proper direction now.

I bought my 2014 Cedar Creek in Ohio from Jeff Couch's RVNATION. I had a PDI issue fixed by the dealer the next day by them at no cost. I had a problem with my Lippert jacks not going up the next day in Kentucky. With phone help from the dealer technician, Lippert and Cedar Creek, we diagnosed the problem and got me back on the road. I had the repair part at my home from Lippert a couple days later and scheduled my repair with a local dealer who worked through Forest River Cedar Creek Waranty and charged me nothing. Later, I noticed a hairline crack in my shower stall. I called Forest River Cedar Creek and they arranged a service repair at my home at no cost to me. My experience with Forest River Cedar Creek, my dealer, RVNATION, and my phone and warranty technicians has been great. Then, to top it all off, I brought my 2-year old Cedar Creek to the 2016 FROG Rally this year and had other repairs looked at and repaired at no cost. Best of all, I got to meet the wonderful warranty and technical employees at Cedar Creek. I would recommend purchasing a Forest River Cedar Creek to anyone looking for a quality product and great service.

Camping World never was able to fix the few warranty problems I had on my 90 day "bring back to fix" visit after purchase. After 7 weeks, they lost my 50 amp land power cord, did not fix what they documented fixing, and the battery was so dead I had to hook to my truck to get the tongue lift to work . I ended up demanding to get my new 321BHTS, that I just bought from that CW facility, back so I could have a previously planned family camping trip that they had been advised of. I ended up taking care of my new camper problems/concerns on my own and I promise, I will never take this unit, or any other I may own to a Camping World facility for service.

Thank You all for your input..........
Much appreciated.........
If you go to Forest River site, then to fifth wheel, then to cedar creek you will see a drop down saying "contact us" then gives a name for sales and one for service........I contacted the lady in service..........and waited.......
Then contacted the lady in sales.......
Received check today...................
Now one more question you may all help with.....
black tank and all plumbing seems to works well
gray tank for kitchen island works well
but when showering the kitchen sink bubbles up
second gray tank works fine, all plumbing, water heater etc works fine
only concern is shower makes bubbles in kitchen sink????

Hmmm - if your gray tanks are empty and not overflowing I would think venting issue. Check under your sink for black vent above drain and see if it looks like it's installed correctly and working properly. You have a FW where the shower is above the kitchen sink I assume. It may be the low point of the plumbing system if tank overfills.

Then it could be the vent pipe that goes up thru the roof. If you are getting bubbles in the sink it sounds like it is pushing air up thru that drain pipe.
Check if you can see the pipe from roof coming into a storage area or compartment and how it attaches to your plumbing pipes. If you can see it try and trace it to the gray tank. You could get on the roof and pop off the vent cap and put water from a hose down it and see if you get water in the gray tank or if it comes out the sink. It sounds like a warranty issue though.

What is on the top of the short stack under the kitchen sink. There should be an air admittance valve? Could look like this.. https://www.overstock.com/Home-Garde...8/product.html

Could be defective...

Google Forest River Owners Group.
All kinds of info there, especially about rallies, including the big Goshen Rally.
