Negative: 2019 cedar creek Hathaway

Purchased 2019 cedar creek Hathaway from Camping World in Fairfield and have nothing but problems with it. First thing was the handles fell off the freezer doors, second the on demand hot water heater was wired incorrectly,and also the black water valve malfunctioned. Also the 50 to 30 pigtail went bad, that cost me $240.00 for a technician to trace that problem down. The other problem was the freezer handles could have been fixed In 5min with an Allen wrench, instead camping world ordered two new drawers.
Not to happy with camping world of Fairfield.

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. Sometimes things like loose handles are better fixed by the owner if all it takes is an allen wrench, Did you talk to the service writer why they are ordering new items instead of just tightening the old. Accessories like pig tails fail invest in an inexpensive multi tester and trouble shoot the problem yourself before going the Tech route. JMHO

RV's are really two hobbies in one: 1) A form of travel. 2) Endless tinkering!

Sometimes the two hobbies are an enjoyable pass time. Sometimes not so much.
