B&W

First, I'm impressed with the B&W 3500 hitch.
When I heard about the spring used to level the fifth wheel plate , called them, received it in the mail six days later, free of charge!
Last trip, I ruined the draw down bolt safety. Called yesterday to order a new one. Dropped one in the mail, free of charge!
Kudos, B&W!!!!

Same here- I needed new U-bolts and they were sent to me immediately with no charge.
