Cedar creek factory service

I want to comment on how GREAT the Cedar Creek factory service dept is. On a trip to Indiana stopped at the Cedar Creek factory for a tour. I was having some issues with my 2012 34RL Cedar Creek, Ref was not working on LP, breaker would trip when moving slides, water heater was not working at all and AC fan would run all the time if system was turned on. I asked to talk to service dept and Denise Davis was there to help. She had me drive around to the service dept door and 3 techs spent 2 hours checking and repairing each of the issues. The best part when I asked about the cost - NO CHARGE. When I look at a new 5th wheel it will be a Cedar Creek.

Yes, many of us Cedar Creekers have found that the service that we get from Forest River - especially Cedar Creek - has been exceptional and that is why so many are on their 3rd or 4th Cedar Creek.

And I'm going to add Jeff Holmes, Warranty Administrator, for the Cedar Creeks and Silverbacks....great service provided from that end on every contact.

Glad someone else had the same feelings i did when out at the factory, they did my repairs way over my expectations, and everyone i spoke with was great also. Happy camping

CC36CKTS

Have to join in and commend Denise and Jeff at CC factory for the excellent service we received in September. They were so caring and considerate to our many problems. Don't know what we would have done without both of them !! We have quite a thick folder on file there, and our RV is not even a year old. We are on our third refrigerator, replaced the toilet, replaced the screen door, 2 cabinet doors, LED lights, but the biggy was the hydraulic system. It malfunctioned from day one !! They sent us to Wave, who were wonderful, and they replaced the entire system. New lines, valves, levelers, pistons, pump, everything new !! Working like a charm now. After spending 2 1/2 weeks there, we realized that's the only place to go if you want the job done right !!

Travelled to Texas 7 times ( from Ontario, Canada ), Florida once and Arizona once with no major repairs. Minor stuff I look after myself and our 2004 Cedar Creek has never given us trouble on or off the road. This is a testament to the quality that was built in.
When we needed parts, we also stopped at the factory and were given the best of service and considerations.

Mmulligan: same GREAT experience. Denise Davis is the QUEEN OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
( we just returned from Goshen)
Anita at RCI WAVE, set up by Denise,
gave full support through this private overflow service center in Goshen. We also had a list of critical issues and factory visit was earliest mid December. Could not wait. Wave crew is super....extra steps to ensure all work EXCEEDED expectations!!
Thank you Scott and John!!
Mel and Petra are HAPPY CAMPERS ONCE AGAIN!!
Folks needing service: remember;
Rci Wave. Goshen.

We have heard that Cedar Creek is owned by forest river but that they are a stand alone division. We have had nothing but great service from Cedar Creek both before and after the sale. I think they are about to kick our dealership in the behind.

Wildcat is owned by Forest River too just like Cedar Creek but we have had awesome service from everyone at Cedar Creek. We ordered a Wildcat from the factory and got a Polecat and never got any help from the factory. Cedar Creek has went out there way to help us, under warranty and parts and things not under warranty. Jeff, Henry and Denise have really helped us.

Glad to hear all these glowing responses. Maybe one of you can provide some guidance on how you got it. I must be doing something wrong because after leaving phone messages, texts and emails I have gotten no response from FR/CC. I like my unit but, the LED lighting is failing and the fifth wheel is getting awful dark. Is there a special contact that seems to work? Thanks.

I'll add another CC warranty person's name ... Henry Sears. He has always gone above and beyond to solve my issues. He never fails to respond to an email of mine.
Rick ... call and ask for him. I had several of the LED ceiling lights in my 33IK fail. Henry sent me replacements directly to my address. Pop off the cover lens ... remove 3 screws ... cut the wires ... use wire nuts to attach the new wires ... screw em back to the ceiling.
