Positive: Dometic A/C

6 weeks past Dometics' 2 year warranty my A/C quits .I called customer service at Dometic.3 days later new unit was installed by dealer. No charge. Thats what customer service is about. Thank you Dometic.

I also called Dometic with two units bad. Snotty gal said sometimes they last 10 years and sometimes they don’t. Looking for options

nice. although, i have to admit, i don't really like my dometic unit. i preferred the unit in my starcraft grand touring...although i cant recall what it was
