Dometic Patty O Room
 We purchased a Dometic Patty O Room for our old fifth wheel and when we purchased a new unit we kept the room because we liked it so much.
Now the fun starts. customersupportcenter@dometicusa.com and ask if it was possible to purchase the twist lock fasteners to replace the ones we mounted on the old fifth wheel.
Sure if you purchase the installation package with consists of tent stakes, pole rafters, rope clips, fasteners, and pole holders all of which will go in the garbage because we only need the twist fasteners. Dometic will not sell the twist fasteners alone. So to get 10 twist fasteners they want $53.02 plus $25.00 for shipping. Great customer support. So before you buy one think twice. I asked them to forward me email request to someone who could help all we got was the run around.

How many do you need? I have a few left from my 72 El Camino tonneau cover. You might find them at an upholstery shop that makes covers.

I need ten only. Believe me I have looked high and low and have not met with any success. The screw size is a number 12.

I have got some from a Kenworth truck shop, they are used to hold on winter fronts.

The size has to be a #12 shank and I can find lots of smaller ones but they will not due as they have to be a little stronger than say a #8
|

DH says to try a marine supply store. They're used for the canvas tops and snap-on type covers.

Amazon.com has several styles, both chrome and black available. As sets or individual pieces. I purchased several sets and they are excellent quality. The manufacturer is located near the Canadian border in Washington. Amazon.com: marine canvas eyelet

Use the ones that require 2 screws that you furnish. Problem solved.

Hello,
Try Spae-Naur. They seem to have what you are looking for. Have most everything else too.
They package count is 100 but they have a counter charge for smaller Qty. Maybe see if there is something else you require.

Well, since you can't find them so easily, $75 inc. shipping isn't so bad. Don't you need the cups that attach to the trailer just under the awning?
I think it's good they offer a complete hardware kit!
