Positive: Forest River stands by their product!

We purchased a 30 ft. class A 2018 Coachmen Pursuit. Now we do love it and are really enjoying the experience but we had some issues with it. We had it back to the dealer several times (which happens to be about an 80 miles one way trip) and its seems we always left there with more problems than we came in with. We contacted Tim Buss with the Forest River Plant in Middlebury Indiana. He has been more than helpful. He has addressed every issue and concern we have had with the RV. We went directly to the plant in Middlebury where they manufacture our Pursuit. They have fixed everything that we needed even though some were out of warranty. He did everything he could to make us happy and Proud that we purchased a Coachmen Pursuit. He went way above and beyond our expectations to make things right. Forest River should be proud to have a representative of their company that shows compassion to the customers and stands behind their product as Tim does! we will purchase a Forest River product again and would encourage others to do so as well !!

But wait! That can't be! I remember seeing a post somewhere warning everybody to never buy a Forest River product because the OP had a faulty fridge or tires or something!
