I use an ISocket. It’s great. Kinda pricey. It uses SMS and a SIM card so as long as you have cell service, it will work great. There is a SIM available that charges you per text with no monthly fee. That’s what I used for a while then I got a regular prepaid SIM card for it. https://www.isocket3g.com/us/
