OK, that worked. Not sure why you have to set the lower limit first when the high limit comes before but it works.
Any thoughts on running w/o the anti-thefts.
Thanks for the help.

I'm not sure what you mean by anti-thefts. Mine have the flow through sensors with a set screw to secure them. I hadn't thought about someone stealing them but I guess it could happen.

The flow thru don't really have an anti-theft other than a set screw. Even more at risk than yours. Let's face it, if someone wants them, they're going to have them one way or the other....

No sense making it easy to steal tho' just to save a couple of minutes to use the wrench. I take them off when we park overnight. $ is too hard to come by nowadays.

Just watch out for Baby the Wonderdog! 18, hard of hearing, no teeth and doesn't see too well but she likes her truck and trailer!
Not sure if I am that parinoid of losing a sensor to theft vs having one knocked off by road hazard or a curb.

I just returned from a 800 mile trip with my new Tire Monitor System.
Prevously I had all my tires checked and at 90 psi.
Installed each sensor on each tire as perscribed and programed the small receiver.
The trip was a hot one and outside temps were around 106 degrees in Plam Springs.
Tires pressures increased from 90 psi to 100-105 psi on hot pavement at 65 mph. Tire temps were between 110 -117 degrees.
The 117 degree one was hotter than all the rest until we thought about it and found out it was the rear left outside tire which was just behind the exhaust pipe. So the hot exhaust was making the difference.
All in all it gave me a better feeling about monitoring my tireswhile driving and I can easily can see and hear any changes as per my setup specs.
I feel it was woth the money for what I wanted a little insurance I didn't have any problems.

I jsut picked up my booster for the 507. Not sure where the best location to install is so that it doesn't go missing. They suggest inside a closet at the front but I would think that that location would be worse for interferrence.
Suggestions

I also bought the booster, but have never needed it. The system seems to work just fine without it.
We have had it for a year now, and it has performed perfectly.
It is just good to know that you don't have to worry about what the tires are doing, because you KNOW what they are doing!
The system is worth every penny.

We now have over 2400 miles in on this trip (our first with the TST system) and the only issue is the sensor on the front drivers side tire goes out for about an hour every day out of the 9 we are driving. I think it is a bad sensor so I will contact TST next week after we get home. Other than that they work as advertised.

I have a 507 - 8 Sensor complete system brand new in the box for sale for $275.00. It's an extra system I do not need.
Wife bought us one system and Mom got us one for Christmas not knowing we just bought one ourselves. Lack of communication I guess. Has sat here and I thought my one best friend was going to buy it for his rig but he decided to back out after a few months of saying he wanted it. So our loss is your gain.
PM me if interested.

You might have better luck posting in the classifieds.

will add my 5 cents worth (since Canada doesn't make or use pennies anymore)
we own the Truck system Technologies system 4 readers and have had no complaints with service, ease of use and the way the unit works.
The air flow through would have been a nice option when we purchased ours but... which ever unit or manufacturer you use make sure that tire pressure and temps are monitored and that the alarm is able to be heard above road noise and vehicle music or the husband / wife and kids talking if you have any of these options in your truck.

I have a Pressure Pro and have, for the most part, been very satisfied with it. My biggest complaint is that the batteries are not user replaceable. I have had the system for about 3+ years and recently had a tire sensor fail. Cost me $35 to replace it. That means that I will need to spend another $175 to replace the remaining 5 sensors when they fail. Other systems have user replaceable batteries which means that you can replace the batteries on all the sensors for a few dollars instead of hundreds of dollars. Also, my system does not monitor tire temp. When it comes time to replace the sensors I may look at other systems with user replaceable batteries.
