Viair Customer Service

Just want to post a thumbs up for Viairís customer service. I purchased a 400P compressor in 2016 and the plastic clasp on the cover broke. I contacted their customer service about buying a replacement bag and they shipped me a new bag at no cost. I just had to receive it in the US so I had them ship it when I was going across the border to pick up some Amazon.com orders.

True!

I agree. VIAIR customer service is great. All I have ever needed for my 450P was one of the rubber vibration insulators that join the compressor to the base. I searched online so I could buy a set, but I couldnít find them, so I called VIAIR. I told the guy what I was looking for and mentioned that I couldnít find them anywhere online to purchase. He told me thereís a lot of parts you can buy online, but just about all of those parts and anything else you might need for repairing any of their products will be sent to you free of charge if you just call them.

He sent me a new set of insulators at no charge and I had them in two days.

Yes. Great customer service. I couldn't get my chuck to stop leaking air. Sent me a new one. It leaked too. Called them and he asked if I was using the air gun. I said what air gun. Found it in a hidden zipped up pocket in the carry case. Duh! Offered to send the chuck back and he wouldn't take it. Good business even though my mistake.

Good to know. More companies than others have great customer service. At least when I ask nicely.
