If you pull the trim ring off your roof vents, many times you will find there are channels in the roof insulation for wires that might run over to a cabinet. You can run a wire thru the vent frame. Use a rubber grommet thru the metal frame so not to damage the wire.
Or, you can run the wire down thru the frig vent.
