How did your installation work out. I'd like use my batwing antenna and fridge vent to run the the wire as well.

I ran the wire up through the refrigerator chase and bolted it to the vent cap . System works great , pull in wifi that my phone can't see.

The new Rockwoods are including a WiFi ranger. I wonder if that is as good as this unit sounds to be.

I have used the WiFi Ranger twice now and Iím very satisfied with how it works. You connect it to the campgroundís access point and then tie your devices to it. A great option if your campground limits you to the number of devices you can connect.
