Bronco 1225 pop up lift mechanism lubrication.

I have noticed that when I crank up the roof that the lifting mechanism is much louder than when I first purchased it in 2012? I know the main lifting box is a sealed unit, but is there a way to lubricate the cable extensions inside the camper?

The only way I could do it was to remove everything and put grease on the coil springs and reassemble. You may be able to drill small holes in the tubes and add grease fittings.
