Ford ranger?

This is more of a curiosity question. I saw a Ford ranger today with a slide in camper in the back. Are these from a factory, or did someone make it at home? How well would a ranger handle this?
It passed me and I was going 60.

There are a lot of engine, frame and trans available on the Ranger. So this is possible but I have 2008, 4 cyl, standard trans with a short cab and body and I am lucky to be able to haul 5-7 hundred lbs. comfortably. It does make a pretty good Toad though. I have been hearing that they are planning to bring the Ranger back into production at some point. What always amazed me was the Toyota motor homes that were made, and the way they performed for a small vehicle.
