How to get bigger tanks?

I like the 8801. I would really like it if the size of the tanks were bigger. What will it take to get them to make it with bigger tanks? It's listed as 7 for the black and 8 for the gray.

Found what looks like a good deal on one if anyone is looking and doesn't mind the tank sizes:

I think often times it comes down to availability of space for the tanks. They may have maxed out the size for the space. OR- this is the size of tank that they stock.

You can try emailing Palomino via the web site and work with the sales manager to see what is possible (I wouldn't trust a dealer to handle the communication).

My guess - I do not think it's likely that you'll get the factory to change sizes. You likely will either have to do it yourself or have your dealer do it.

Barker Manufacturing Company 31342 30 Gal. Tote-Along Tank, then you don't have any installation and you don't have to move your trailer to dump the tank if your there for a while.

I have a 2012 M8801. I ended up buying a Thetford smart tote. 18 gallon. Mounted the tote on a cargo carrier off my trailer hitch. All I have to do is connect the tote to the output of the camper and pull the valve. Dont have to move anything. I could even leave the tote connected and just pull open the valves. only draw back for this camper.
