1/2 bath fan install in a 2013 ???

Hello there, I don't know if I'm not looking or searching in the right place but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for so I thought that I would post...
I have just purchased a new 2013 Sandpiper 365SAQ. I want to install a fan in the 1/2 bath. I have done this install before on our previous fifth so I know what is involved. What I'm wondering is... would there be anyone out there that has done this. I have asked the dealer to get a schematics for our unit from FR but they are telling me that they suggest taking power from the lights in the bath... I would if I could. The problem is that the lights are installed through the medicine cabinet along the top of it so there are no lights in the ceiling. I have checked up in the roof around the vent and have found wires but not sure until I test them what they are for... It could be feeding the clearance lights for all I know. There is about 3 or so that I could feel. I would fish a new set for the fan if I have to but I just don't know where to start. If there is anyone out there that has done this PLEASE I would love to hear from you.
Thanks a bunch and sorry for the long winded post.
