2004 Salem Sport LE Toy Hauler

I am looking at buying a 2004 Salem Sport toy hauler. Just wondering if anyone had any input! The unit appears sound and we are having the dealer put the proper towing set up on our 1/2 ton truck. Does anyone have any experience with this unit?

I have a 2006 32 srv. The only thing I had wrong with mine, was the top of axle was to close to the close to the frame and would hit when you ran over any bump in the road. I found out that the factory had put the wrong equalizer between the spring's. There was only about 3/4" between the axle and frame. Now there is about 2 1/2". Equalize's were only $3.50 each,so it was a cheap fix. Other than that, We love our's. Good luck.Tim

I traded off a 26 srv last fall. It was an 04 and I had very few problems, all fit problems. Nothing major at all. We loved it, just needed more room
