2012 Rockwood 8312SS structural issues?

We've had our RockWood 8312SS almost a year now and love it! Two things have me a little concerned and I was hoping someone out here might have an answer or two.

My outdoor kitchen hatch door binds when the stabilizers aren't down and I've noticed the indoor bathroom door gap is wider at the top than at the bottom. Wondering if anyone else with an 8312SS has similar issues. makes me wonder if the frame from the rear axle to the back is weak causing some sag.

I'm hauling it to the dealer tomorrow to have it checked out. Please share any similar issues experience.

I had an 07 8314SS. I noticed the doors were harder to shut when the stabilizers weren't down. It is a lightweight so I suppose that's one of the compromises to save weight. I noticed I could flex the rear of mine quite a bit with the jacks.

Nothing yet. Service Dept is five days behind. Hoping it's nothing major. I'll be sure to post whatever the outcome is.

Thanks for the warm welcome.

Not too surprising.

The same chassis is probably used for all FR's 831 models.

The rear kitchen hangs a fair amount of weight at the end of a lever far from the fulcrum (IE: tires).

A bit of flex is not surprising.

Enough to jam the door might be of concern you mentioned, probably just a casualty of light weight/cost cutting/profit chasing bean counters....
