2015 192RBS Parts

Trying to locate frt FILON and diamond plate for our 2015 192RBS Freedom Express FR WENT SILENT ON ME ! Seems there is a heat related issue for the frt cap that causes it to sag no recalls no fix . Our third and last FR Unit !

Could you post a photo about what you are seeing in yours. I also have a 2015 FE, but it's a 246RKS. I noticed a section that looked a little out of alignment at the top edge when the sunlight hit it just right this week. I saw you post, so now I'm concerned.

The front cap feels like it definitely does not have the ridged foam like the rest of the unit has. I'm thinking plan old fiberglass at best. That would not offer any support between the framing.

There is a photo at the beginning of the post look at the upper left corner my Filon has to be replaced dealer quote 3500 I will do it my self FR very quite on the subject this has been a known issue for years yet they keep on using the same construction techniques !
