5th wheel has a gap behind the hitch under the bedroom

The plastic behind the hitch, the underbelly of the bedroom, has a 1/4 to 1/2 gap where it should connect to that front cap. As I look straight at the hitch, that underbelly has a screw on the left and one on the right with a dip right where you look through the hitch. Confused now?! I can see insulation. How would the dealer fix this? My sales dealer is SMALL and I bet this is out of his league. Just caulking it wouldn't look good, and trying to straighten out that underbelly - huummm. Appreciate any ideas. ed
