AC problem. Line voltage?

I've had what I thought was an intermittent problem with the Coleman Mack AC unit in my Flagstaff 29KSWS. it will work normally at times but the compressor won't start most of the time. I finally realized that it was working normally at certain campgrounds all the time and won't work at others. I decided to check the AC voltage at each site. The AC is working correctly when the voltage is around 115 VAC but the compressor isn't starting when the voltage is around 120 VAC.

Has anyone seen this problem before? Is this something that a hard start capacitor would fix?

Thank.
N.H.

It should work fine anywhere from 110 volts to about 130 volts.

I could see it not starting if the voltage was on the lower end of that range but not at 120 volts.

I think you have another issue.

I'm with you on that.

Thanks for the responses. I'm with you on that also. I'm going to the FIR and have it set up for the technicians to look at it. I was hoping that someone else had seen the same problem.
