Air conditioning

My air conditioner during really hot weather will kick on and off. Act like kicking up and down to high speed to low speed. Is this normal?

Yeah, that's pretty normal if you have the fan set to Auto. It happens when nearing setpoint or when drifting away from setpoint. Just set the fan to either Hi or Lo if you want to stop it from doing that.

Better off on high if it’s humid. Set on low or auto you will get some water running out of it when you shut it off
