Allstays Camp and RV -- phone app

Anyone use this phone app?
One concern is the:
directly call phone numbers>>
Allows the app to call phone numbers without your intervention.

My other is: the data up-to-date?

Or do I just stick with my GPS?

I love this app. To my knowledge, it won't call the number unless you press the call button. We have used it for several years and I have never had the app just dial the phone by itself. I do like the fact that you can actually choose to call the campground from the app rather than having to write the number down or copy/paste.

It seems to be pretty up to date. We also use it to find Walmarts and when we had a diesel camper, to find stations with diesel. Never had a problem with it.

We don't use a GPS since we got iPhones.

I have used across the US and back. It is pretty good and useful. Distance is usually as the crow flies but when we get an address for a destination, we program it into the dash. It is worth the money for us.
