Any advice on my weights Geo Pro G19FD
Reweighed at Cat scales, and I am at the top of my GVWR.
Do you Senior Members see anything grossly wrong. I think its pretty dialed. Maybe not a lot to say?
The trailer pulls great, perfect level, purrs along.
Im heavy with the water, but will try and travel without water, which will help get my weights down about 240 lbs less. (I did add Aluminum angle reinforcement on all sides and cross bars for FW and one under GW and BB).
My trailer axle weight (3760 lbs) with WDH puts me below GVWR, but gross trailer weight is 480 (4240) lbs over, does that matter?
Dexter Axles are rated at 3500 lbs, buts thats another story. I'll try and drive careful.

Cat weights:
Weight 1 Tk and Camper (w/ WDH)

Drive 3320
Trailer 3760
Weight 2 Tk and Camper (w/o WDH)
Steer 2940
Drive 4020
Trailer 3520
Weight 3 Tk only
Steer 3340 (GAWR 3450)
Drive 2900 (GAWR 3800)
Gross Combined 10,500
Tk Weight (hitched w/ WDH) 6740
Tk Weight (hitched w/o WDH) 6940
Camper Weight 4240 (I really cant believe I have 1400 lbs of crap loaded in it!, just a foam 10" mattress, batteries, water and food, and a few pillows, etc.)
Tongue Weight 720
Tongue Weight % 17%
The steers added 480 lbs with the WDH
The drives loose 700 lbs with WDH
The Trailer axle added 240 lbs with WDH
I sent all my measurements to Husky (highly recommend their 4 page template, and have them analyze it), and they confirmed that everything is now perfect for WDH adjustments (after the 3rd time), for instance:
Front wheel well before hook up = 38"
Front wheel well after hookup with WDH = 37 7/8"
Rear wheel well before hook up = 38 1/8"
Rear wheel well after hookup with WDH = 38 3/8"
Trailer dropped about 1/4" front and 1/4" rear of frame when hooked up.
Nice and level.
Trailer tongue" A-frame dropped about 1/2" when hooked up.
Dont think I could ask for any changes ?
