Any Ideas on Replacing Edging on Countertop

Yes, I have been doing some repairs on my old camper. The stove and sink counter had chips and breaks in them. I took luan and leveled it off. I then put vinyl on the top of the luan. The problem is now. I have a 1" side whereas before I had 3/4" side. I have not been able to find any Flexible T-Moulding. Does anyone know where I can get some or have any ideas how to make it look good. Thanks and have a Blessed Day. Chris

I too would suggest this, but instead of ironing it on use Barge contact cement. I installed new Formica countertops in my kitchen last year and ironed them on and they came loose after a few months. Reattached with Barge and they ain't coming off.
