Anyone use RV Digest IT???????

Hi folks, anyone out here that HAD a clog in the black tank that cleared it up with RV Digest it?
I have a 30 gallon black tank and it only drains 21 to 22 gallons. (I have a 32 gallon blue tank, it appears just at 2/3rds full when I drain it.)
Thanks!
JAck

It does sound like you are a candidate.

Make sure you follow the directions.
24 hours is minimum before dumping and flushing.

I use PurePower and get it from PPL Motorhomes on internet. Works GREAT! Zero odors. When I drain my black tank, I can see the clean plastic bottom of the tank through the toilet.

Got ahold of the company. I inquired about shipping to canada. This is what I got for a reply.

"4 quarts up there for about $20.00 shipping would that work the product itself is $11.95 each quart. "

so that is about 67-70 dollars for a gallon of RV Digest IT shipped to my door. is this good?

I just bought another 4 quarts. I don't use it "regularly" but after 3 weeks or so of dry camping with no turboflush I have found it breaks up stuck on crud better than anything else. 24-48 hours and a drive to the dump station (or next campground with sewer connections) works wonders.

I have read an article on their web site regarding leaving 6 gallons of black water or so in the tank when you dump and never putting anything else in the tank. This allows the enzymes and bacteria to continue working without adding new. While it sounds great in theory; not so much in practice. Hard to judge when the lights are inside; you are outside; and the lights on the panel are unreliable.

It is the only thing we use in our tanks, I completely reccommend it
I pay about 10.00 a bottle for it at my local Ace Hardware Store.

hmm very tempting then. I got some packet ones from a local Rv dealership and they seem to be working but nothing like the "light of speed" rv digest it does lol. I guess it cant hurt to have some of the super stuff?
