automatic leveling system not working

I have a georgetown 378 and jacks are down. Leveling system has all lights blinking wont go off and does not work. All the slides wont move either. I would imagine this is a fuse problem but i cannot find where it is located. Can anyone offer me some help. Thanks in advance.

On my 378 there is a resettable breaker in the battery compartment just left of the battery control centre.

The breaker is mounted on the chassis frame

hope this helps.
