Thank you for this thread, just found my transfer switch on my Onan, I'm also a newbee!. So nice when things work as designed. Funny how nothing was listed in my owners manuals!

I am having the same issue that Spy talked about. Generator runs, but no power. I have the same generator as Spy. I found the breaker switch on the side of the generator and pulled it toward me, but still no power. Can someone give me a little more detail on what he did on forum entry?
